We Answer Your Questions

The Lanaccess subscription includes: Access to the Video Management System (VMS) software. Recording and video analytics equipment provided on loan, with full warranty cover for the duration of the subscription. Access to Lanaccess technical support via the support portal, email or telephone. Intelligent video analytics and IP cameras (optional).

The subscription is paid by direct debit, so the customer does not need to take any action to renew it.

The recording and video analytics equipment, along with any cameras included in the subscription, are covered by repair and maintenance throughout the subscription period. If a device cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

The monthly fee depends on the number of cameras connected to the system and the number of cameras whose video is analysed. There are no hidden costs.

Thanks to ongoing updates to the cloud system, the client does not need to worry about technological obsolescence. The contract includes maintenance and repair of the equipment to ensure it continues to operate as efficiently as on the first day.

Cloud Vision is ideal for companies with multiple locations that require centralised management. Examples include shops, healthcare facilities, warehouses, hotel chains and coworking spaces.

The Lanaccess subscription offers:
